Booking
When the booking is confirmed, your contract happens to be with 365 Leisure India Holidays Pvt. Ltd. When we confirm your tour and travel services and have received the deposits paid by you, a contract exists between you and us.
Deposit
We will request a 50% tour payment to confirm your tour services. You also have the option to make a 25% payment in advance. In such cases, we will request 25% more tour payment 45 days before the commencement of the trip. The deposit is needed for holding the booking on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment
You need to pay the balance amount thirty days prior to the beginning of your services. Payments can also be made on your arrival in India.
Note: In addition to the above, if you need to book special train journeys and hotels or resorts in the peak season (X-Mas, Christmas, etc.), you require to pay full payment at the time of booking itself.
Payments
All the payments should be made in the name of 365 Leisure India Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
Mode of Payment
Any of these methods can be used for making domestic payments.
The following methods can be used for overseas payments.
If payment is made via credit card, 4% extra bank charges will be levied over and above the total amount.
Note:
No withholding tax and deduction should be on payments. If there are any bank charges for remittance, they would be strictly borne by the payer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, you must inform us in writing.
The refund procedure may take 2 to 4 weeks due to the banking procedure. If a refund is required to be made to the credit card account or bank account, then bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.
Please Note:
Regardless of the above-mentioned cancellation slabs, a minimum of 20% charges will be applicable if you cancel tour/travel services after you have made a booking with us.
A separate cancellation policy will be applicable in case of a special train journey or peak season. The special train journey may include journeys by trains like Deccan Odyssey, Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Golden Chariot, and Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express. Christmas and New Year period is marked as the peak season.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
It is to be noted that after finalization of tour/service cost imparted by us, if any hikes take place in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, guide charges, or fuel costs, by the Govt. of India, they would be levied as extra.
The rates offered by us are on the bases of the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with hotels, transporters etc. Hotels have the right to modify the rate without any notice. If these changes are made, the rates that we quoted before the modification can be changed as per the modifications by hotels and transporters.
All the itineraries mentioned on the website are sample itineraries are for the purpose to give you a general idea of the probable trip schedules. A number of factors like road conditions, weather, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate the changes in itinerary either before the trip or while on the trail.
365 Leisure India Holidays Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter any aspect of the itinerary including accommodation and transportation without any notice for the safety, comfort, and general well-being of the participants as well as in the interest of the trip without providing any discount, allowance, or refund. If any extra cost will be applicable, that will be payable by the client.
365 Leisure India Holidays Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any delay or change in program or expenses that are incurred or for special or consequential injury, damage, or loss, directly or indirectly, due to:
Clients will be liable for the extra expenses incurred by them as an outcome of forgoing causes.
Clients using bicycles, sporting equipment, scuba diving gear, and sailing boats, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies will use them at their own risk.
We do not offer any insurance policy to cover the expenses for sickness, accident, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. It is advised to visitors to seek such insurance arrangements in their home countries. The personal properties and baggage of clients are at their own risk at all times.
